Stock & Lead Times
Keycap stock levels can vary. We custom print a wide range of keycaps here in New Zealand, but if we’re temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 5 days for us to produce more.
 
Custom-shaped and custom-coloured keycaps are imported, so these can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
 
We’ll contact you after your purchase to confirm your order and let you know if there are any delays or longer lead times.

Already have a keycap keychain?
Not sure how to remove the current top? They can be a little stubborn, but they do come off!
Place one finger on the top of the switch, directly underneath the keycap.
With your other hand, wiggle the keycap side to side while gently pulling upwards.
Keep wiggling and pulling until the keycap top comes off.
Still not moving? Try giving it a little more oomph with your pull. 😉
 
All of our keycap tops are removable, so don't be afraid to give it a decent pull.
 
What if the switch comes out too?
Don't panic... that's okay! Sometimes the switch and keycap will come out together.
Simply:
Remove the keycap top from the switch.
Insert the switch back into the keychain base.
If the switch isn't sitting firmly, turn it 90° and insert it again. This can help it stay in place more securely.
Then you're ready to pop on your new keycap top and keep going!
